Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on Cyber 8. Duplicate accounts or accounts registered using another person's details are strictly prohibited and may result in all balances being confiscated.

Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via DuitNow or FPX take between 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the receiving bank.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Cyber 8 recommends using a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Cyber 8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your password.
As part of Cyber 8's commitment to security and fraud prevention, we reserve the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, proof of current address, and bank statements. The KYC process is typically completed within 24–48 business hours.
Cyber 8 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for players' convenience. All transactions are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

To request a withdrawal, players must have completed at least one (1) full deposit turnover on their most recent deposit amount. Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the Cyber 8 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited for the security of all players.
Cyber 8 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review purposes. Standard reviews are completed within 24 hours. If fraud is suspected, the review period may be extended to up to 7 business days.
Cyber 8 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for Malaysian players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotional offer. The following terms apply generally to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:
All bonuses have varying validity periods. The Welcome Bonus is valid for 30 days from the date it is received. Standard promotional bonuses are valid for 7–14 days. Once the validity period expires, any remaining bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements will automatically be forfeited without prior notice.
Using bonuses for arbitrage purposes — such as placing opposing bets to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk — is strictly prohibited. Cyber 8 employs an advanced betting behaviour detection system. Accounts suspected of bonus arbitrage may have their bonuses voided and/or their accounts terminated without prior notice.

All Sports Betting results are final, based on official outcomes determined by the relevant sporting authority. For in-play betting — including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and e-sports — Cyber 8 reserves the right to void or suspend bets in the event of technical disruptions, event cancellations, or extraordinary circumstances affecting the integrity of the match.
For live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), all game outcomes are final once the round is complete. In the event of a technical disruption during an active round, Cyber 8 will resolve the issue based on system records. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection while playing live casino.
The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to play or make betting decisions is strictly prohibited. Cyber 8 uses behavioural detection technology capable of identifying abnormal betting patterns. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
